Charter operations, without the swivel chair

The data layer
for private aviation.

Aircraft, operators, airports, and charter data. One dashboard. One API.

A thirty-second teaser with music: four problems with charter as it is run today, struck through, then five things CharterOps lets you do, each beside its screen from the dashboard in demo mode with fictional records (a client’s email read into a trip request, estimates for a route, a quote a client can accept online, the aircraft calendar, empty legs on the Marketplace), then the CharterOps wordmark and Coming soon.

One workspace. Every handoff.

Your tools shouldn’t be the hard part.

Less spreadsheet juggling. More closing.

A few good questions

Before you
come aboard.

A little more about where we’re headed.

Who is CharterOps built for?

Charter brokers, operators, flight departments, and teams building aviation software. One workspace from first request to booking.

Can we use the dashboard and the API?

Yes. CharterOps is being built with two ways to use the same data: a desktop dashboard for your team and an API for your own software.

What data is available today?

Aircraft, operators, and airports come from public records. The dashboard activity shown here uses sample records.

Can I add seats?

Each additional seat costs $250 a month. Manage your team and capacity in Settings.

Which aircraft are charged?

Part 91 personal includes 1 aircraft and 3 pilots; Part 91 business and Part 135 include 3 aircraft and 6 pilots. Each extra aircraft costs $100 a month and each extra pilot $50. Registry searches, reference imports and receiving quotes never create a charge. Four aircraft cost $599 a month on Part 135; one extra seat brings that to $849.

When can we get started?

CharterOps is coming soon. Availability will be confirmed at launch, and there is nothing to purchase or sign up for yet.
