Your agreement
These terms govern access to the CharterOps website, workspace and API provided by Charter Ops LLC ("CharterOps," "we," or "us"). By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you use it for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization.
You must be legally able to enter this agreement. A separate agreement signed with Charter Ops LLC takes precedence where it expressly conflicts with these terms.
What CharterOps provides
CharterOps provides aviation information and tools for managing clients, trip requests, quotes, bookings, aircraft, marketplace activity and communications. We provide software, not air transportation, flight dispatch or operational control.
Brokers and operators remain responsible for their services, licenses, insurance and agreements with passengers and each other. A record or booking status in CharterOps does not replace an agreement with the responsible provider.
Accounts and access
Keep account and company details accurate. Protect sign-in codes, sessions and API keys, and notify us promptly if you suspect misuse. Your organization is responsible for its members, integrations and the permissions it grants.
Use the service only as permitted by your plan and the documentation. Do not bypass quotas or access controls, access another organization’s private records, disrupt the service, introduce malicious code, or use it for unlawful or deceptive activity.
Your records and communications
You retain your rights in the records and files you provide. You give CharterOps permission to host, process, display and transmit them as needed to operate the service and carry out your instructions.
Only submit information you are authorized to use and share. You are responsible for its accuracy, required notices and consents, and the content and recipients of messages you send. Honor unsubscribe requests and applicable marketing rules. Review audience and shared-link settings before publishing or sending records.
Subscriptions and payment
Paid plans are billed monthly in US dollars through Stripe. Your selected plan, additional seats, aircraft capacity, API packs and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout or in your order. Subscriptions renew until canceled under the billing terms shown to you.
Your organization authorizes the recurring charges it selects. API usage is subject to plan limits; reaching a limit does not authorize automatic overage charges. Payment is required for paid access unless we expressly grant complimentary access. Failed or overdue payments may restrict access.
Changes and cancellation
Organization owners can manage payment methods, invoices and cancellation through Settings → Billing and the billing portal when connected. Contact support for plan or capacity changes involving add-ons, or if you cannot access the portal.
Review the effective date and any charges shown when changing or canceling a subscription. Cancellation stops renewal according to that confirmation; it does not itself erase your records. Contact us about billing errors or refund requests. Any mandatory cancellation or refund rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
Aviation data and estimates
Registry records, positions, availability, estimates and AI-extracted details may be incomplete, delayed or incorrect. An estimate is not an operator quote. A registry entry does not establish airworthiness, operating authority, insurance or availability.
Verify aircraft, operator authority, itinerary, pricing and all operational requirements directly with the responsible operator. Review AI results before saving or sharing them. Do not use CharterOps as a source for navigation, dispatch, emergencies or other safety-critical decisions.
Software and third-party services
CharterOps and its licensors retain rights in the software, branding and service materials. During authorized access, you may use the service and API for your organization’s business, subject to your plan, documentation and applicable data licenses.
Third-party data and services remain subject to their applicable terms. A CharterOps subscription does not transfer ownership of those materials or grant rights beyond the relevant license. Features that depend on external providers may be unavailable or change.
Availability and responsibility
We work to keep the service available, but do not promise uninterrupted operation, error-free data or a particular business outcome. Unless a separate signed agreement says otherwise, the service is provided as available, without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement, to the extent permitted by law.
To the extent permitted by law, Charter Ops LLC is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or business interruption arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
Suspension and ending access
We may restrict or suspend access for nonpayment, material violations of these terms, security risks or legal requirements. Where reasonably practicable, we will give notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue. Immediate action may be necessary to protect the service or others.
You can stop using the service and request account or organization deletion through the available settings or support. Save any records you need before deletion. Accrued payment obligations and provisions about ownership and responsibility continue where relevant after access ends.
Updates and questions
We may update these terms as the service changes. We will revise the date above and provide notice of material changes through the service or an account contact. Changes take effect as stated in that notice, subject to applicable law.
Contact Charter Ops LLC using the link below about these terms or a dispute so we can work to resolve it. Our Privacy policy explains how we handle personal information. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining terms continue to apply.
